Background and Expertise: My formal entry to ECE was obtaining my B.S. degree in Child Development/Child Health Care from Purdue University.  Informally, my experiences and relationships within my family, friends, school and early jobs with children inspired me to make this my life's work. My professional path began working with multiple not-for-profit social service agencies creating, teaching, and directing high quality early childhood programming in a variety of settings serving at risk children and families. I have also directed private and corporate Early Care and Education programs achieving national accreditation (NAEYC) and Level 4 Paths To Quality.  I am passionate about supporting positive relationships among all children, families and educators to help create and sustain outstanding early childhood environments, experiences and education.
