Background and Expertise: I have been a preschool teacher for ages 0-5, a Developmental Specialist, and I have led a home visiting program in San Diego that served military, refugee/immigrant, teens and low income families. I have expertise in infant mental health and implanting Reflective Supervision and Reflective Practice into early childhood work with both practitioners and families.
